Core drilling is drilling a cylinder hole drilled in concrete or asphalt. The core bits are diamond-tipped cylinders. The sizes range from ½” diameter to any diameter. In our experience we have drilled anywhere from 1” depth to 6’ in depth. Concrete coring is the process of removing a cylindrical section of concrete from a wall or structure. Coring is most often performed on building walls, floors, and ceilings.
